    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Affordable Fiber Connect website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Services

    Affordable Fiber Connect provides fiber internet service signup and enrollment through our website. We facilitate the connection between customers and fiber internet service providers in the Chicago Metro Area and other supported regions.

    3. Internet Service Plans

    We offer the following internet service plans:

    • 1 Gig Plan: Up to 1 Gbps download speeds at $50.00/month with a 3-year price lock
    • 1.5 Gig Plan: Up to 1.5 Gbps download speeds at $60.00/month with a lifetime price lock (promotional rate; regular rate $70.00/month)

    The 1.5 Gig promotional rate of $60.00/month is available to new subscribers during the current promotional period. This promotional pricing is subject to change or discontinuation at any time for new signups; existing subscribers who lock in the promotional rate retain it for the duration of their active service.

    Actual speeds may vary based on your location, network conditions, equipment, and other factors. Advertised speeds represent maximum potential speeds under optimal conditions.

    4. Price Lock Guarantee

    • 1 Gig Plan: Your monthly rate of $50.00 is locked for 3 years (36 months) from your installation date. After the lock period, rates may be subject to change with prior notice.
    • 1.5 Gig Plan: Your monthly rate of $60.00 is locked for the lifetime of your active service. As long as you remain an active subscriber, your rate will not increase.

    Price lock applies to the base monthly service rate only. Taxes, fees, and optional add-on services are not included in the price lock guarantee.

    5. Gift Card Promotion

    Eligible new subscribers may receive a gift card after successful installation:

    • 1 Gig Plan: $100 gift card
    • 1.5 Gig Plan: $200 gift card

    Gift cards are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks following successful installation and activation of service. This offer is subject to availability, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. One gift card per household.

    6. No Contracts

    Our internet plans do not require a long-term contract. You may cancel your service at any time without early termination fees. However, cancellation may affect your eligibility for promotional offers, and any pending gift card fulfillment may be forfeited if service is canceled before the gift card is delivered.

    7. Installation

    Professional installation is provided free of charge (a $99.95 value). Installation includes the setup of modem and whole-home WiFi equipment. Installation availability and scheduling are subject to technician availability and service area coverage.

    8. Equipment

    A free modem and whole-home WiFi router are included with all plans at no additional cost. Equipment remains the property of the service provider and must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service. Failure to return equipment may result in equipment charges.

    9. Signup and Eligibility

    By submitting a signup form, you represent that:

    • You are at least 18 years of age
    • The information you provide is accurate and complete
    • You are authorized to request service at the provided address
    • You consent to being contacted by our team regarding your application

    Service availability is subject to your address being within our coverage area. We will verify serviceability after you submit your application.

    10. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use our website or services to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
    • Interfere with or disrupt the website or services
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
    • Use automated tools or bots to submit forms or scrape content
    • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affordable Fiber Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    12. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific speed performance, or availability in all areas.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
